  BUYERS BEWARE DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE LOCATION!!!!!! I’ve been going through Aaron’s for years to furnish my home. I started going through this location about a year ago because I moved to a house that unfortunately put them as my closest store. I stupidly had them set me up on autopay so they could get their payment on the due date w/o having to wait for me to call it in. I was the one having to call them every month to remind them to take the payment and fix my due date because they kept messing it up. In November I ran into an issue with my bank where money was taken that wasn’t supposed to be taken and I had to wait for the bank to put it back. I asked the people at this location to move my due date in hopes that my bank would have my money straight by the new due date. Incidentally that was not the case so I called Aaron’s to tell them what what was going on and asked that I be given more time. They blew up my phone, treating me like a client whose always late and they have to blow up my phone every month to get the payment. I had to call the regional office and make a complaint on them. I made the payment and told Gloria to take me off of autopay and remove my credit card information and that I would call the payments in. She assured me she had done what I asked. Due to some family crisis I was unable to make the payment by the due date this month and the people at this location started blowing my phone up. Then the other day I saw that there was an unauthorized charge from this store to my checking account. I had to call my bank and report it as a fraudulent charge and have my card deactivated and a new card sent to me. Then I called the regional office for the second time in less than a months time to report it to them. When I called the store and told them that what they had done is illegal because they were not supposed to have my bank card on file anymore and I was not set up on autopay any longer the manager had the nerve to laugh at me. To say the least these people are extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and I do not recommend this store location to anyone and once I’m done paying off my account with them I will never do business with this store location ever again!!!!!!
