  Call about a dozen times and always got a automated system and it sucks. I was call by a representative from the store to tell me that my battery was in for my slow I phone 6 because of all the upgrades that I have downloaded since I bought this phone. All I was trying to do was set up an appointment to have it changed out and was on hold for over an hour REALLY!! Get some customer service!!

  They have Great Customer service however, they just need more Rep in the Genius Bar so that they are not trying to help two customers at a time other then that my time there was very pleasant and fast.
