  They had the part I was interested in, however I was on hold on the phone for 20 minutes and had to drive into the store. When I got there two people continued to answer phones while one person was helping customers. I don't mind holding on the phone, but the lack of respect for people being face to face was unsatisfactory. They believe that troubleshooting for a customer over the phone takes precedence over people that got off their butt to come into their store! Get your priorities straight people!

  Very busy place. They take their time with customers so you aren't rushed, but it means you have to wait longer to be helped. Very friendly and courteous staff and we'll stocked inventory.
