  Had a fantastic experience purchasing a washer and dryer. Received the best price in town! For this I give Chris and BB the best 5 star rating; However, their delivery service receives 3 stars. They came in the house on a rainy day and did not clean their shoes before stepping into the house and did not make an attempt to clean the dirt they left behind before denaturing. They placed the W&D on the wrong place because the dryer door was going to open opposite to how the room was set. There is a storage a rack above the washer and they did not check for clearance. The rack does not allow the door to fully open. When asked to switch the door, reverse opening, we were told that a new work order was needed. They were already at the house and with tools, the reversing is free, so why having to make another appointment.
