  I have had this mattress set for 6 months and the box springs creak and groan at every movement. It is horrible and even wakes me up in the middle of the night it is so loud. Furthermore, I have had an awful time getting the store to respond. When I call, they do not answer and voicemails go unanswered. I have gotten them to answer the phone twice. Both times they said yes no problem we will switch it for you but we do not have that size in stock-call back next week. And next week they do not answer. I am spending a lot of money on an inferior product. I suspect I am not the only one. Let me know if you had this problem too. Maybe there is a class action that can be done.
