  I went to Billy Bobs for a full size mattress that I needed a good deal on for my 3 year old and ended up getting a pillow top at a great price. I also live close so I asked if they really could tie it down to my car so I didn't have to pay for delivery and they did that also and joked that I could even keep the rope free. I read the reviews and ignored them. It's the best deal in town- the store gets busy and why would you return a mattress? Just my thoughts...

  ***WARNING*** Prices are good, BUT they do not honor the warranty. We bought a Sealy King size foam bed there. It was super comfortable for about two years. When one side started going flat when you laid on it, I called Billy Bobs on a Monday. Their warranty guy (Richard) wasn’t there, so i had to call back on Thursday. Then on Thursday, he said his manager (Mike) had to approve it. Then Mike said someone else would have to approve it , and she wouldn’t be back until the next Thursday. And then the manufacturer would have to approve it because they no longer carry our bed in stock. And here’s the kicker: When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that he doesn’t want to hear from customers. I said, “Well can you please call the owner?” They said, “No.” What a sham. DON’T BE A FOOL. Go somewhere else.
