  1st time parents My wife and I received many gift from our baby shower and some had gift receipts, some did not, so we were taking things back that were actually double gifts. Carters was out last stop. The ( i am assuming manger)older Mexican lady with dark hair took a very rude tone with my wife as we were inquiring about possibly getting store credit. Since we were asking, everything seem to be a chore for her to do, "are you a member of our blah blah blah?, have you ever shopped with us before". UH NO, why would we, this is our 1st kido and we stated that when we approached you ( thanks for listening). We ended up getting store credit that had to to be spent right then in there because we didn't have any receipts, cool, we get that, but the way she gave us that message was rude, and felt like she was doing us a favor. Let me be clear here, we didn't do anything wrong, we simply asked a question and got sub-par service. In closing will we ever go here, or shop here again? Yeah I don't think so, and why should we, there is a Ross, a Target, and more kids store in the same area, who have better service and cheaper price for the same things. Do your self a favor and shop somewhere else, where the customer gets better treatment and service.
