  Had my child’s ears pierced here , & even after using their product o clean the piercings after a year they are oozing yellow puss every other day & my child says it hurts her, going to the doctor soon to take a look at it i’ve Tried everything but nothing seems to work to heal the piercing. When we got it done the girl tried & be calm but she seemed a little disorganized with the tools. Her machine got kinda stuck on one of my child’s ear which looked hurtful either she didn’t operate it right or the thing was broke , anyways afterwards the earrings were to tight , after the weeks passed & we tried to take them out we couldn’t take them out without force my child was yelling in pain! Also the policy on their piercings is that you have to buy their cleaning fluid which is of course more pricey , she was trained on Claire’s products & couldn’t really provide any further necessary information about the healing process or what else could help so she gets full healing , also you have to sign a paper in case the ears get infected that they won’t be held accountable, I should’ve run out when that came but my child really wanted those piercings. Please get piercings somewhere where they have medical grade equipment not in shop like this & probably not in this shop. The employees need more & advanced training when it comes to piercings or they shouldn’t provide that service at all !
