  This new Valero comes handy while driving to work, the place has so many beers, they even have a cool room packed with all types of beers in many sizes, hotdogs are awesome in here, services is quick and all cashiers are very friendly and attentive, this is my favorite Valero so far.

  I bought gas last week and because the store's computers were down, I couldn't pay at the pump. The employee who rang up my purchase said that if I used my debit card and selected "Credit", my card would automatically be refunded the difference between what I had to pay upfront and what the actual fill-up charge was. It turned out that no refund was sent to my card, so at first I opened a dispute with my bank. But then, on impulse, I drove down to the store today and asked to speak to the manager. After I explained the issue, she readily offered to refund my money. She apologized and said that because the computers had been down, the refunds were not processed as they should've been, and money had set aside to reimburse people. She couldn't have been nicer, and it was refreshing to see the human face of a corporation like Valero.
