  I came in on Christmas to buy firewood. Their sign CLEARLY read 2 for $10 . My son bought two and was charged almost $20 I contacted corporate and spoke to the marketing manager Fredrick on Jan 1 when he called me back a week later and he said he would make sure they refunded my money (the manager on duty was horribly unprofessional and I truly believed Fredrick was going to take care of this) I came in on the early morning approx 8 days later (I was called out of town on an emergency so couldn’t make it in right away, considering it took him a week to call me in the first place I kinda thought he would understand) no one knew what I was talking about, they were busy and I had to get to work so I said I’d try again later. I went back again today 1-21-18 and again no one has a clue about my refund. I called Fredrick and he said “I took too long to come and get it and he will personally come meet me on ANOTHER day” keep in mind I’ve ALREADY been inconvenienced three times over THEIR MISTAKE and bad advertising. I used to frequent this corner store at least 4 times a week and purchased ALL my gas in both cars and my truck. I have since directed all my business to Carry On at the corner of 151 & Potranco and will NEVER set foot in that location nor any other Valero store again. Shame on your HORRIFIC customer service, talk is cheap. It’s all in your ACTIONS to right YOUR wrong NOT inconvenience your patrons, don’t forget WE are the reason you exist!!! I will make it my mission to post EXACTLY what type of experience I had at this store. I may only be one person but I have three adult children that used to shop there too I’m advising them and all their friends on my experience. I gave y’all well over a month and THREE chances to make this right. Keep my $20 and consider it my gift to you and I hope you learn what TRUE service IS!!! If any one in Valero corporate would like to talk to me in regards to this get with Fredrick to get my number or leave a message on here I’ll gladly call you with the photos of what was offered, dates, times, names etc.....I would hope you would care about what’s going on at your store #1604
