  Every encounter with pharmacy staff is worse than the last. Long story short my 18 month old was prescribed a new med, I always end up waiting for at least 30 mins over some stuff they never seem to get right, so I decided to call to make sure they received the prescription. I was informed that it was over the counter so no need to stop in the pharmacy. I wasn’t told the dosage (seeing as most OTC meds are not for children as young as mine, it was kind of an important thing to know). I called back and was immediately placed on hold, which is fine, I know I’m not the only person in the area needing their expertise (and I use that word VERY loosely). So the actually pharmacist answers the phone and I tell her all the details she would need to know, very blatantly just tells me how much, never mentions the name of the med not the concentration or the frequency. So I try to ask some more questions cause my son has never taken this med before and she smugly tells me liquid form once a day then hangs up on me. Never thinks to counsel me since it’s a new med, I thought that’s what they were supposed to do but I guess she was too busy to care. This isn’t the first bad encounter I’ve had with this standoffish woman. I wish I caught her name. But this happened on 1/26/2018 around 1615
