  I had the best customer service you could ever ask for at Diamonds Direct. I had a custom engagement ring done by them that required VERY specific details and they were able to complete them exactly as I desired. Art Drab was my specialist and he was absolutely wonderful to work with and he wholeheartedly cares about the customers. He gave me constant updates on the status of my ring's progress. The ring was perfect and my fiancé loves it. We were so pleased, we ended up purchasing our wedding bands from Art at Diamonds Direct and we couldn't be happier.
