  I was given a ring that was very VERY special. An heirloom ring from my boyfriend that had belonged to his mother who had just passed away. I went to Kay Jewelers and they wanted $178 to size this ring and clean it. Also they said they wouldn't even do it. When I went to London Jewelers they were kind and were empathetic that this ring was very special. They offered a reasonable rate and the ring was sized and cleaned by the next day. The associates were very professional and personable. I was so pleased with the service and would recommend anyone who needs sizing or cleaning a ring that wasn't even purchased from their store but still willing to take care of me!   Absolutely amazing selection and owners! It is a pleasure that in this day and age you can still meet the actual proprietors, have a full on chat, and a handshake represents a commitment.
