  I'm not sure who Julian is but I question his response. I am actually only 19 and they were very nice to me when i went to see them. While they are small and did not have what I was looking for, they were able to order it for me the very next day. They also gave me a very good deal on it compared to the Mall or Wal-Mart. If Julian maybe would have taken the time to get to know these people maybe they would have helped him. I go to them for everything. (minus buy Jewelry) (though on occasion they make exceptions) They have also recently been planning to get a Jeweler in the building which they did not have perviously, so now it will be even better. Go visit them, they are wonderful people, and they WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Respect is given to those who give it back. Think about that Julian.

  I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I walk in with a watch that needs a battery replacement. They say they can try it out and take it in this other room. Now I hear this clanking and assume that's something else but not until I get my watch back a few minutes later. They say they can't open it because the slit is too thin. Fair enough. They don't have the tools. However, they actually attempted to open it with their incorrect tools scratching up the back of the watch. Now. This is common sense. If your tool is too thin to fit into the slot, then do not attempt to open it. However, they weren't competent enough to realize this. I tell them that they scratched my watch and the guy just stares at me and quickly says he can borrow it for the day and open it. I say it again, he scratched it. He basically just ignores my statement and says he can keep it for the day and open it not owning up to what he did. In anger, I left, I should've stayed and made a bigger fuss for them to pay for the damages. However, I went to Rialtos jewelry not far on bandera. I told them I needed a battery change and the dude pulls out these fancy goggles and gets to work. He's done in 10 minutes without any damage to the existing damage and I pay $8. TL;DR: This place is not worth it. Go to Rialtos.
