  Poor customer service! I was ignored for over 20 minutes. Ian made it clear with his facial expressions that I was bothering him as he flirted with a group of young girls in his store. Ian reluctantly tended to my wife, and practically dumped the size shoe she wanted in her lap while simply walking off without any further inquires. If attitude reflects leadership, then Ian is a reflection of the leadership Finish Line supports: poor customer service. This place needs new improved leadership that would enforce acknowledgment of every customer that walks in the store, smiles, and eye-to-eye contact. Following up with, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" would be nice as well. Needless to say, as a result of this poor service, Finish Line lost a sale of over $300.00 to Foot Locker, all thanks to Ian.
