  Always rude inexperienced girls working at registers. Managers avoid having smart employees but they need to have a positive attitude. Girls lie about the bathrooms to elderly that they are not in working order. How sad. And refer a credit card holder to use the store next door.. Very pathetic and unacceptable when the restrooms there are in working order.

  Called to check if an item was available in the store and was told by a man that I was going to be placed on hold because he needed a register to check on the item. He has not come back on the phone to make me aware that there will be a longer wait or just to call back because they’re busy. He needs some EXTRA customer service training. He was not kind when he answered or when he just put me on a long hold. I held for 22 minutes after he said it would be 10 min. I know that if I call back he will be even ruder than before. Whatever happened to great customer service?!? No one cares any more.
