  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! If I could give this place half a star I would. This weekend (7/8/17) while shopping, I experienced a sales lady (I believe her name is Lorena) yelling at a customer and being so rude I just couldn't believe it. The sales lady was going on how the customer messed up sizing when the shop (as the customer was trying to explain) never took measurements. And Lorena was not willing to show the customer where she supposedly authorized the size of dress ordered nor was she willing to credit the customer for another dress. I am not sure how the customer kept her cool when Lorena was yelling at her, in front of the entire store. I was so upset, I walked out after watching this and took my money elsewhere--I STRONGLY suggest you do the same. No customer service=no business from me!!
