  The owner of this liquor store has zero customer service skills. I was double charged for an item and he refused to refund me. Told me a bold face lie that only the bank can reverse the second charge. I knew better, but since he refuses to use basic business procedures, I'm having to file a fraud claim against him. I could've avoided this hassle and Henry's could've kept my business if he would've just given me a simple refund.
