  We had a slab leak leading to an entire tile tear out. We decided to replace the tile with wood throughout the majority of the house. There had been months of frustration trying to repair the tile, so when the opportunity to work with Hicks Carpet One came up, we jumped at the chance to let someone else worry about it. We are so glad we did, as we had wonderful communication with Carlton Hicks as he was our “contractor “ from start to finish. Due to some weather delays, it took longer than expected, but we are now back in our home and very pleased with the result. Hicks had some wonderful craftsmen and they were all very responsive and kind. Would recommend them highly.
