  Customer Service Sucks! I went with my Dad on Friday to findnsome replacement cushions for his porch swing. We couldn't get any help and the time my Dad tried to wave someone down, she turned around and walked away. Dad went back the following day with an aunt and uncle, to exchange the cushions he'd mistakingly purchased because we had no help! Again, no customer assistance but my Aunt bought some chairs. We went back on Sunday. That's 3 visits in 3 days. We needed assistance with locating enough of the kind of chairs she wanted. Of 5 associates we saw and spoke to,only the manager was willing to help us and still, the customer service absolutely sucked! To top it off, while we waited for our chairs, I overhead an associate bad mouthing the manager, that was trying to help us, to another employee. Talk about unprofessional! I used to love this store but after this weekend's experience I'll have think twice about returning and I will be repeating this review on other review sites as well as sharing my experience with anyone who will listen!
