  I'm never Home Depot to purchase a major appliance ever again. I ordered a nice washer and dryer from them and they gave me a delivery window of 3-7 on Saturday. I stayed at my house all afternoon and didn't make plans because of this. It was a straight up no call no show. I understand that you subcontract out delivery work, but when you don't even call to say your not going to make it.... That is straight up wrong. I called Home Depot and the manager showed little remorse and didn't offer to fix any problem.... I still haven't been able to schedule another time for them to come out... But no worries though, they already took out the $1,000 from my bank account. You are the worst Home Depot. I used to like you as a company. Make this right.
