  My husband and I showed up at 6 am looking for tile; we found a tile that was on clearance/discontinued. The store only had 11 cases we needed 43. The associate who initially helped us was fairly new but gladly did her best to help us in what we needed. She helped until she needed to refer us to customer service. When I arrived at customer service Kim was super busy, providing direction to other co-workers, answering phones, and checking out customers. I was short for time and was concern I would not be able to find the tile we needed. The two young ladies called other stores to locate the amount we needed and where able for me to purchase at their store and schedule for pick up. Even though they were busy they managed to provide me the attention and customer service I feel we lack in today's retail businesses. Thank you Kim and Mickey for your superior customer service.

  I approached the paint desk with my Selections in hand two young men working there thought it far more interesting to turn their back and talk to each other than to ask if I could be helped or what I needed. So I ended up walking away getting an older employee over there to basically go with me and get the young men to help they didn't seem too enthusiastic about quitting their conversation either. I'm given two stars because on my previous trip the man in the flooring Department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had to go to another section of the store for something else walked up to a desk with three employees standing there and it took a good bit for them to quit talkin to finally acknowledge that I was standing there. I just don't understand what happened to customer service especially when there's no other customers around
