  It just doesn't get any better. When I go there, I cannot get anyone to help me. If I ask, they say he's coming, then 15 minutes later they tell you he is with some one else. They have no staff checking. I decided to call tonight and asked for the garden dept. No one answered the phone so, after 3 minutes, it returned me to a worker. He was not helpful. He said he knew nothing about the department and it would take him 5 minutes to go and check for me. I asked for a supervisor and spoke to Claudia who was less helpful. She talked while I was explaining the matter. She curtly stated, "What do you want." I said well, I would like to finish what I was relaying to you. She was not interested, could have cared less that I said I was sending a letter to the corporation. I might as well drive over to their competitor. At least there I get better treatment and people know their store. Too many young and older, angry people working at those stores! Somebody hire me to go undercover!! Its no wonder people don't want to shop their!
