  This review is two part, one on the store and one on the employee. Joseph Nava knows his job and knows customer service, I didn't buy a suit but I wanted to make sure he gets credit for his hard work and I honestly felt bad that I couldn't buy one from him. He is the ONLY reason for the 3 star rating but he is a 5 star employee and without him I would have been forced to rate 1 star. I have been working out and have gone from a 36s to a 40s in less than a year so spending 1k on a suit that will not fit in a year is not practical since I only need this suit for one interview. I felt misled by the online advertising. Was figuring I could find one for at least $500 (several suits on their site for $200) but when I got to the store I was in for some serious sticker shock. Pre-tailoring I was well into 1k suit territory. As I said I couldn't see spending that much on a one time use item and explained my situation to Joseph and he did provide me with few other alternatives that were better for my situation. Thank you Joseph, no thank you Jos A Bank... When I feel my size is more stable I will find another shop that doesn't have to rely on bait and switch.
