I dropped my bridesmaids dress off to be altered and not only did they not do what we asked but they charged me full price when they didn't do the job I paid them to do. Also their excuse for their poor workmanship was that they couldn't properly communicate it in Spanish to their seamstress even though the request was incredibly simple.
