    MY REPLY TO BUSINESSES REPLY: First of all you did have the right number, we verified it when you wrote it down and you had corresponded with her previously through phone. You even texted her to say they were on their way prior to truck breaking down. I do have all the corresponding messages through Facebook too and can resend them if you need a memory refresher of our conversations. Second, the delivery charge that others charge really has nothing to do with this, if you had an issue delivering to us that far, then it should have been addressed. You charged us $80 for the 1st delivery and we were fine with that. As far as other company's, yes we went to another company and was looking at the exact same set and delivery for all was $150. You were cheaper, which is why we went with your company. Third, you have admitted you made a mistake, yet don't want to compensate the money you basically stole back. You obviously didn't want to make it right. You messed up on the taxes and never offered to make it right, just apologized and offered us "free" delivery on the second delivery, which wasn't free. (You can't tell someone delivery is 80, then say you'll do it for 30 due to the issues with the previous delivery and then because you messed up the taxes, that it's now free) I don't know You think free delivery is going to compensate us for the taxes You over charged... You actually owe us the money from the taxes. Also, why didn't you do our receipt correctly like you say you normally do? You obviously knew what you were trying to get over on us by ding the receipt the way you did. Fourth, yes we needed our furniture by the date we told you so we wouldn't be sleeping on the floor. She didn't have furniture because the barracks come furnished. The reason I never addressed the issues about the furniture is because we already were tired of dealing with this company. Hence why we'd rather pay a little more to go through another company. As far as reviews go, not to sound rude but your message really rubbed me the wrong way...I don't care about your friends experiences. I'm only worried about our own experience. If you thrive to do the BEST you can, then you should have reimbursed the taxes. All you did was say that you didn't do an itemized receipt and you messed up and you are sorry that it happened and offered "free" delivery, which was not free and the tax overage was more than y'alls original delivery fee.
