    Customer service definitely lacking! Felt ignored! My wife was super excited about getting some Kendra Scott jewelry! She knew exactly what she wanted before walking into the shop. The shop is tiny but looks very upscale. We were initially greeted but waited about 15 minutes before someone decided to help us. The first sales lady showed my wife a pair of earrings and then walked away. The second sales lady was more attentive and patient with my wife's questions about the jewelry. Regardless, I purchased the jewelry my wife wanted but the initial wait time and the first sales lady ruined the overall experience.
