  Customer service is horrible. We were standing by the service counter, 3 people behind the counter saw us and never said a word. 2 of them even exited the sevice area right next to us. We had to go around to the other side of the counter. I was told by the cashier I could do an even exchange at customer service. Customer service stated they can only do returns. I had to go back to the cashier line to purchase my item. When leaving, the greeters were too busy talking to each other and never said bye or thank you. Overall very poor customer service.
