  I shop here frequently and love this store, until today when I waited in the garden center checkout line for over 10 minutes with a ton of other customers. One line was blocked because someone was arguing the entire time going over every item on her receipt (she had already paid) because ONE of them was supposedly on sale. I gave up and went inside to pay, but only two registers and two self check were open and all had lines into the aisle. The self check also had no hand scanner so I had to lug two giant 64 quart bags of potting mix up onto the register to scan them. Just bad. Need more open registers and need to send people who have already paid to customer service to argue about sale items.

  I found them to be very limited on the kitchen faucet supplies that I needed. Employee was extremely unknowledgeable and didn't seem to be willing to try to find the answers to the questions that I had. He seemed to be much more interested in me leaving so he could go back to shooting the bull with his fellow employees.

  The workers in the lumber department suck. This is the second time my husband and dad had to load our trailer full of lumber without any help. These useless workers just stood and watched my dad and husband load our trailer. They never once offered to help. If I could I would give this store 0 stars. I know it's hard to find good help, but these young people are so lazy.
