I met a great employee, Scot, while his vehicle was being service at my job. Scot told me to come by his store on Thursday and he would help me get a mattress before Saturday evening. Not only did he convince me to spend more than I really wanted to (but it was a well spent investment); he made me feel as if I had made a new friend. He kept his words and mattress was delivered Saturday morning. Scot I cannot thank you enough for your help. With customer service skills you have, I know you will be moving up within Mattress Firm quickly and very well deserved. Once again, thank you Scot!
