  Kenneth Marks was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I went into the store back in October/November just to sort of look around. My boyfriend ended up applying for a line of credit and getting approved. Side note: on that day Kenneth was particularly helpful and not your typical salesperson. He never tried to up-sell us or get us to buy anything that we had no interest in getting. He just wasn't a pushy salesperson. Fast Forward to yesterday Jan 12, 2018- my boyfriend has major neck surgery to correct a herniated disk in his neck that had been causing chronic pain. He was interested in purchasing an adjustable bed frame that would help to keep him in a upright sort of recliner position while in bed. Well this is maybe 6 hours post -op and we walk into the store (against my advice mind you, but you know...men) and Kenneth immediately recognized us and called my boyfriend by name. He was SO compassionate and showed so much empathy for him and us. He let him sit in his chair so he could relax and he got on getting everything ordered ASAP. He gave us such a great deal as well as made it a priority to ensure we'd get the frame delivered ASAP (it's being delivered today guys). He saw that my boyfriend was hurting and told us to go ahead and head home, that he would take care of everything for us, sent us to pick up some awesome pillows and off we went. He called today to tell us that the frame is on it's way. Kenneth M. is an example of a salesperson who actually cares about his clients. Not pushy, compassionate, friendly. We are SO satisfied with the experience and will be going back in a few months to buy another mattress:) Kenneth, you're a great guy and you are a fantastic salesperson! Thank you for everything, we really mean it!
