  I took my grandmother to this location to get new mattresses after she lost her entire house to flooding due to Hurricane Harvey. As soon as we entered the store, Blake immediately made us feel welcome. After we explained our situation, he took the time to walk us through the process of getting everything delivered on time to my grandmother's new address. He was so empathetic and he truly went out of his way to make the process seamless for my grandmother. He answered every question she had and gave her a great deal on the 2 mattresses she purchased. I work in retail and understand the importance of true customer service and how rare it is. Blake went above and beyond for us and I was truly impressed. I will definitely tell anyone I know that needs a new mattress to visit this location and to ask for Blake!
