    Mattress Firm is great! The saleswoman was very polite and knowledgeable. She educated my wife and I on several mattresses and how to protect them. We had no idea that the reason why our mattress was sagging so much was likely due to moisture and liquids that we accidentally spilled on it, not due to me being 6'6 and almost 300 lbs. I don't know if it's covered by the warranty because the receipt and warranty card say that stains, spills, etc, will void the warranty, so I will never forget to buy a mattress protector again.
