He is personable, professional and works very hard to meet and exceed my expectations. He takes time to learn my tastes and works within my budget. We have had a couple of issues but worked with Richard and Ron to resolve them quickly. This company stands by their products! We refer our family and friends here all the time and trust they will be well taken care of by Richard and Ron.
