  I seriously cannot express how satisfied I am with their services. They made absolutely breathtaking designs from some old family rings. I need to particularly note how helpful and amazing Chapman Stout is. If you're looking for jewelry I definitely recommend you talk to him before you go anywhere else.

  Chapman is great to work with. I like how understated, professional and relaxed he is. He is so knowledgeable and intelligent about several subjects related to jewelry, gems, metals, etc. He answered all my questions and I very much appreciated his perspective. He has the kind of confidence that only comes with experience. Chapman is transparent, honest and direct. One negative I noticed was that one of the assistants was dressed unprofessionally. She wore thigh-high black high-heeled boots paired with a very short revealing dress. Couples buy engagement rings, husbands buy gifts for their wives, etc. It's weird & uncomfortable when the saleslady has lots of skin on display in an attempt to draw attention to herself. Keep it respectful, neutral & professional so the customer feels comfortable being there and spending money there. Leave skin & thigh-high boots for the nightclubs. The other employees looked very professional.
