  Purchasing my engagement ring at Moretti's was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. The ring was gorgeous and flawless and cost nearly $8,000, which my husband paid out of pocket. Less than 6 months later my diamond fell out. We did not even make it to the wedding before having to buy a replacement ring. Moretti's offers no insurance or warranty on their products so it was a total loss. I was beyond devastated. I called to speak with the owner about the issue and his response literally included "this is your fault... I do not even know why you are calling to tell me about this..." At the very least, I was owed a heartfelt apology. I would highly advise anyone to purchase fine jewelry elsewhere.

  Like a previous review... the person on the phone was extremely rude. My last question received a very sharp "NO" followed by an abrupt hang-up. I absolutely would not buy from this shop based on the awful customer service. ----- I just raised this from a 1 star to 4. I called again to get some information on a specific Rolex issue, and the gentleman I talked to was EXTREMELY polite and helpful.
