  I purchased a dress , that really liked. The back had crochet , that tore , then it shrunked. With receipt in hand the manager refused even a store credit. I have worked retail and sometimes clothing can be defective or of poor quality. Nordstrom rack does not stand behind their merchandise. They lost a customer and I will make sure all the people I know will be informed of this experience.

  Went in earlier this week to return a pair of heels- Judy and Trinity (hope I have the names right) were so helpful and nice that I ended up spending the entire return that day. Ooops!
