  Horrible experience!!!!! Something seriously needs to be done about James and his crappy attitude!!! If James does not like his job, he should find a new one!!!! My wife and I own a business and usually buy all of our supplies there. As long as James is there, I will not step foot in that store again. He was extremely rude and made several rude comments to my wife and I. i ALMOST lost it with him. Nowadays, with social media able to reach people by the thousands, companies cannot AFFORD to have rude associates who treat the customers (who pay their salaries) as if they are bothering them!!! I WILL follow up with this to see what was done!!!
