  My ‘Check Engine’ light came on so I went to have it checked out. I walked in at 12:30pm behind another customer. We were the only two customers in the store. There was only one employee at the counter and two others in the back. After several minutes the employee behind the counter finally acknowledged the gentleman in front of me and began to help him. After standing in line for a full 15 mins, an employee finally acknowledged me. When I asked if someone could come and see why my ‘Check Engine’ light was on, I was told that it was going to take a good while because he was already helping another customer. The two employees in the back kept walking up toward the cash register but would turn around and walk back, and never acknowledged me or asked me if they could help me. I finally walked out after being there for 25 mins.

  Very serious and helpful employees.while having a fun atmosphere between them.felt real comfortable in the store.knowledgable employees with lots of suggestions.also locating parts not in stock for me.thanks to the 5 p.m. employees .also good prices.
