  This was my first attempt at any vehicle maintenance. So I asked that he bear with me from the beginning . Older African American gentleman at the register was very rude. I over heard him say that me and my husband just "took the cake". It was obvious when he snatched his hat off his head and hit on counter he was tired with our questions. His customer service skills started good. I guess after 30 minutes of asking questions and changing requests, he had had enough. But at what point do you give up on a customer?
