    On August 29th, 2014, around 10:00am, I took a bracelet to this business to have it engraved for my daughter's birthday. I was told by someone identifying himself as the jeweler, that he could not do the engraving due to the shape/angle of the bracelet-it would not fit in the engraving machine. He would however, consult the Manager and I would receive a call back, when the Manager came in, around noon. The Store Manager called me back later and said the engraving would be difficult, but he would try and do it himself manually. For the next two weeks, I checked in by phone asking if the engraving could be done and when would it be ready. The Manager on three different phone calls, asked for more time and said he was going to try to do it. I finally on Sat., Sept. 6th, went to the store and asked for my bracelet back. The Manager was not in the store; the Jeweler and Sales person looked for the bracelet and all they could find was the box. I left my phone number and asked for a call ASAP from the Manager. He did call me back to AGAIN, say he was trying to get it done. Long story short - I went to the store this morning and demanded my bracelet. The jeweler said it might be in the safe and he didn't have the combination. The Manager was called and didn't answer. I left and returned at 2:00pm after he eventually called me back and said he would give me the bracelet at the store. I went in to so much detail because I gave this business every opportunity to say, "we can't do this"... it would have saved so much time on my part. It was disconcerting to me that employees of a business could not find merchandise they were entrusted with. Also, when the Manager handed me the bracelet, it was without the cloth I provided inside the box-and I had to ask for the box...
