  I understand it’s Christmas and the store is busy but if you need to sign up on a list before you can talk to someone you should tell people that when they first walk in rather than letting them wait around for the next available person and wasting their time!

  A couple of months ago I purchased a my princess tiara ring, the sales associate I spoke with said if it has any manufacture problems such as the stone falling out or color fading I would have a year to bring it back and exchange it. About 2 months after the purchase the rose gold color started fading really bad and so i give them a call and all of a sudden the rose gold is not covered under the warranty due to the fact that they are aware of the problem of color fading and should not be worn everyday. Well if I had known about this problem prior to purchasing the ring I would of perhaps choose a different color or maybe just purchased a ring at james Avery instead.
