  This location really depends on who's working and who's not. I've sold them stuff and they offered low money. I came back a few days later with the exact same stuff and was offered decent money. -The younger generation of staff are clueless to what's "trendy" and what has value and in good condition. You don't know what distressed jeans are versus damaged. -The older staff is in touch. You get better offers with them. The location in Stone Oak is slightly worse. Low balling and overpriced because of you location.

  Absolutely a waste off time and effort! I️ came at 10 am and the girl told me that I️ had to come back at 3, when I️ did they hadn’t even touched the bags and had to come back again at 4! I️ took ten huge bags full of Seven for all Mankind jeans and AG jeans as well as tops and sweaters all from contemporary department at Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom . They kept the equivalent of half of a bag. When I️ asked her why they didn’t accept more of it she said it was probably because of the brands??!!. These people that are checking the items have no clue what is in fashion, on trend or selling. I️ should have known when I saw the store was full of flip flops and Straw hats! This store needs to work in their business plan!
