  This is as honest a review as you will read. Like with any construction project there are frustration points along the way. That is just the nature of building, especially those that have gone through the nightmare of building a custom home. But the most important thing...at completion, do you have a product or job you are very happy with that ends with high quality results. With River City Deck and Patio, my answer is a big YES! The Owner, Lee, is a problem solver and responds quickly and ensures customer concerns are addressed and customer satisfaction is his top priority. I have a neighbor that is a house framer and deck builder and he gave my deck five stars. Another friend with construction experience told me my deck is the best well-built deck he has ever seen and couldn't believe how level and solid it is. One word of advice, getting a deck or anything built the way you want it is a partnership between you and the builder. Communicate often with Lee and let him address your concerns...and he will. This will result in a very happy ending!!! My deck is in the process of getting sanded and stained, so photos to come soon.
