  Bought a living room set here, it was back-ordered but they kept me informed about the progress. it was delivered by a couple of the most polite and gracious guys who set everything up exactly the way we wanted it. in addition, the recliner I received was defective from the factory, with a simple email they resolved it and brought the new one out and removed the old. Great customer service, great response from the company on warranty work. overall, a great company to do business with. 10 out of 10 will definitely shop there again.
