  Will never shop here again. They think because you’re young that you don’t have money. But you should never judge a book by its cover. Neimans is a every nice and welcoming place, I will move my business over there. Saks has rude, snobby employees

  If you love being talked down to by pretentious employees, you'll love it here. Unfortunately, I don't. I went in to grab a bottle of Armani foundation. Two women that worked in cosmetics were "busy" hiding in a corner, looking at themselves in mirrors and giggling, and a third was shuffling a stack of papers. I went to the one with the papers and asked if she could reach right behind where she was standing to grab me a bottle of a specific shade. Instead of just doing it and getting me out of her store, she chose to look me up and down, groan, and say "Uhhhh, it's reaaaaally expensive". Like bish, I know. I wear it. Add a few minutes of back and forth, and I walked out empty handed and furious. I should have trusted other reviews here, but I'm hard-headed and thought they must be exaggerating... Anyway, I ended up getting what I needed from Neiman Marcus in La Cantera. The employees there are actually really polite and helpful, and unless you're trying to get there at rush hour, it's only a 20 minute drive away.
