  I had a bad experience with the guy on the checkout point as I spent a decent amount of money on purchasing some stuff and they gave me some coupons that I can use them back and get rewarded like others but this guy called seipian I was giving him the coupons and he was telling me you can't use them right now as they going to be in points and go into your account and you can use them in 24 hours then I asked him did you put thone 2 coupons into my account he said yes but when I came back after 2 days i found out that it was a lie because he did not even bother himself to add those coupons to my account and I wasted more than one hour on that day and another one hour or more on the next visit talking with three managers they could not help me at all I told them so you guys giving us coupons to make us go and purchase more and more and then they just throw these coupons in the trash and lie to all of us and we never get the chance to use our coupons!!!! That is a fraud!!
