  DESERVES ZERO STARS! This Store operates like a shady car dealership! We purchased a refrigerator and freezer from a very nice young man, very accommodating. (of course! he wanted the sale!) They charged us twice for delivery and installation. The delivery people arrived and said they don't install (hmmmm that's when I noticed they charged me twice) Once the sale is made good luck trying to get any matters resolved. No one ever answers the phones. EVER and if that isn't bad enough the 800 number they give you to call for customer service is answered however, the people are answering the call from The Phillipines! All involved very nice. **** NONE COULD ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING ***** I miss the old Sears
