She is so rude, and talks to you like you are nothing but beneath her. Her job is to inform me and every question I asked was answered to make me feel stupid. after these reoccurring incidents I have always asked to be helped by someone else. Usually it will be Dalia and Brandon, they are such sweethearts and really know their stuff. Great job guys!!
