  I work in North Star Mall and I wanted to get some shoes for my son and I. I called the store to see if they had what I wanted in stock , so they can hold them for me. I wanted to grab them real quick on my break. The phone rang 20 times( no one ever picked up) assuming they might be busy I decided to walk over there and see what's up. As I walk in I noticed 2 employees ( who looked like brothers or twins ) standing RIGHT BY THE PHONE staring out into space. One of the female employees who was already overloaded with customers asked if I needed help . She grabbed 2 Pairs of Black PF Flyers for me and put them on the counter. She told me someone will ring me up . 3 EMPLOYEES were just standing there behind the counter RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY PURCHASE and not one of them even noticed I was standing with my Card in hand ready to swipe. After 30 seconds of being ignored or not even looked at , I put my card back in my wallet and walked out . IM NEVER SHOPPING HERE AT ANY LOCATION AGAIN!!!! This is the second time I have had bad service with them . I appreciate the female employee who helped me. On a extremely slow day like today , I'm sure any business wouldn't mind a quick 100$ sale . I suggest that store get some real managers . @TheCoolistOne
